We are looking for a Business development manager/Sales Manager who is proactive, independent, self-motivated, and doesn’t need micromanagement.
Subordination: Group CEO
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Identify the target audience for outsourcing group products and recruitment agency services
- Identify potential clients and allocate the appropriate products to them
- Work with marketing team
- Will be ready partially support the 1st existing salesperson
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target metrics
- Build and establish a sales process
- Write effective sales scripts and conduct cold calls
- Generate pre-sales
- Conduct meetings and presentations for potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ year of experience in the role of Business development manager/Sales Manager or a similar position
- You have experience in cold calling, building a customer base and selling services to the European or/and American markets
- You have or can create a wide network for potential sell service products
- You understanding how to sale services
- Understanding HR Tech products and recruitment processes&services will be a plus
- Ability to identify and analyze the target audience, develop sales strategies
- Skills in writing sales scripts and conducting cold calls
- Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations and presentations effectively
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
