Our team is looking for an ML Specialist who is passionate about AI, experienced with large language models (LLMs), and ready to take full ownership of solutions from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning models with a focus on LLMs.
• Work with LLaMA or similar transformer-based architectures.
• Fine-tune models and adapt them to specific business needs.
• Create and iterate on prompts for generative tasks (text generation, classification, Q&A, etc.).
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate on building AI-driven solutions with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
  

Requirements

• • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, or similar).
  • Ability to build training/inference pipelines.
  • Experience in prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of transformer model architecture.

• Strong Python skills, preferably with Hugging Face or PyTorch
• Initiative, analytical thinking, and a product-oriented mindset.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying models to production environments.
• Optimization skills for inference and latency reduction.
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) principles.
